INDY area gamers, we are back at it again, and ready to give the top 4 players some cash! Come out and display your skills in Madden NFL '11 on XBOX 360. We are at Net Heads in Carmel,IN with plenty of space for players, spectators, family and friends. All the details you could possibly hope for are down below. Make sure you register fast, since there is a 32 player maximum!! See the left side of the page for a map and to pre-register. General Info:
Date: September 5, 2010
Time: Same day registration from 11:00 -11:30 am. Game play begins at 12pm sharp.
Location: Net Heads. See left side of the page for address.
COST: FREE for spectators. $10-$25 player pre-registration* (More details below), and $30 for players at the door.
General Tournament Rules:
Be on time. Being over 5 min late for your match gives us the right to forfeit your spot in the tournament.
Your are responsible for any personal items that you bring.
Foul language and aggressive speech will not be tolerated. Smack talk is welcome, just keep it friendly.
No refunds will be given after 12 pm for ANY of the events on tournament day.
Players can warm up in 10 minute increments during pre-registration.

Conflict Management:
*Players caught cheating will be kicked out of the tournament without refund. This includes spectators feeding players information gathered from lookign at other player's screens (particularly speaking in Call of Duty)
*If there is speculation of cheating, but no Elite Gaming official witnesses it, sorry but all we can do is warn and pay closer attention.
*In the event of equipment failing, players will get to restart their match completely.
*Pausing during game play is not tolerated and can result in dismissal from tournament.

In the Event of a Tie: O.T. will be played. If a limit is reached within the game, the team with the "player of the game" will win.

Quarter Length: 4 min. Championship game is 5 min quarters.
Game speed: Accelerated clock
Weather Conditions: Clear
Team: If two players want to use the same team, we will flip a coin for first choice.
***BUY BACKS - If you lose, you have the option to pay $15 to get back into the bracket!
Each player will only get 2 minutes to set audibles.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*ENTRY FEE PRICING - We are now offering 4 different entry prices( $10, $15, $20, $25). The higher entry price, the greater the prize. Prizes are awarded to the top 4 players.
**PRIZE MONEY - A Maximum of $200 will be given out among the remaining 4 players in the bracket. The max prize of $200 is based on 20 players of more. If the tournament has 19 or less players, we will give out 100% of the pot, up to $200. A pot consists of the total amount of entry fees paid by the players.
